I have worked with some of the staff from this company for 20+ years They understand that a wheelchair/walker etc. is not just a piece of equipment to a disable person. It is actually part of that person which allows them to function in their daily lives I have had nothing but positive experiences with Soul: I purchased my Permobil M5 at their recommendation while this was an expensive chair and there are cheaper chairs on the market - The chair had all the features I needed and has a reputation of being a reliable chair - Bottom line is that they knew my needs and what I required and they got me what I needed to allow me to function at my best
